Delivery and return terms
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 business days of the order. We primarily use Matkahuolto and Posti for delivery. Order processing may take a few days longer if there is a long queue of orders.

Finland: Free delivery
EU: 9.99€ shipping fee
Returns
According to consumer protection law, products in saleable condition have a 14-day exchange and return policy starting from the day the customer receives the product. Please note that the right of return only applies to unopened and unused products. If the products are faulty, we will refund the full purchase amount to the customer or replace the product. In other cases, the customer pays the delivery costs incurred from the return. If you wish to make a return, please contact us by email at info@rajuskincare.fi or through the contact form.
For uncollected shipments, we charge a delivery/handling fee of 10€. If you have not collected your shipment by the due date, please contact us via the contact form / email.
