Shipping policy

Delivery

We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of the order being placed. We primarily use Matkahuolto and Posti for deliveries. Order processing may take a few additional days if there is a high volume of orders.

Returns

According to the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, products in saleable condition have a 14-day right of exchange and return from the date the customer receives the product. Please note that the right of return applies only to unopened and unused products.

If the products are defective, we will refund the full purchase amount or replace the product. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We charge a €10 delivery/handling fee for uncollected shipments. If you have not collected your shipment by the deadline, please contact us via the contact form or email.
