Instructions
Basic routine is done like this:
Start by washing your face with lukewarm water. Then dispense an appropriate amount of cleanser into your hands and gently massage it onto your face. Let it sit for a moment, then rinse your face again.
Pat your face lightly with a clean towel until it is almost dry. Dispense a couple of pumps of serum onto your fingertips and gently apply it to slightly damp skin.
Once the serum has fully absorbed, apply a moisturizer.
When should I use an exfoliant?
Exfoliation should not be done too frequently. You will notice best how your skin reacts to it. A recommended approach is to use it 1–2 times per week after cleansing.
Pay special attention to areas like around the nose and the forehead when applying the product.

How long does the delivery take?
We aim to ship all orders within 3 business days of purchase. We primarily use Matkahuolto and Posti for deliveries. Order processing may take a few additional days if there is a high volume of orders.

What if I am not happy?
Under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, products in resalable condition have a 14-day return and exchange policy starting from the day the customer receives the product.
Please note that the right of return only applies to unopened and unused products. If the products are defective, we will refund the full purchase amount or replace the product.
